The physical needs of older adults are universal, but every culture offers its own unique insights and approaches into how we age. Bader Philanthropies has a longstanding interest in the diverse people of Israel, and since 2009 has forged collaborations to bring some of the best ideas from throughout the world together in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. We are focusing our efforts on the availability of home- and community-based care for older adults with Alzheimer’s.
Our partners are committed to raising public awareness; conducting and sharing world class research; and inspiring people to consider careers in this field. Our current Alzheimer’s-Israel strategies include:
- Public Awareness;
- Health & Social Services;
- Applied Research.
Here are some examples of the metrics we use to measure success in Alzheimer’s-Israel:

- Acquisition of knowledge and skills;
