Franklin E. Cumberbatch

Vice President – Engagement

Frank’s responsibilities include leading the Foundation’s exploration of a neighborhood, place-based strategy to complement the Foundation’s existing grantmaking, with an emphasis on the Harambee neighborhood. Frank brings more than 30 years of experience in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Previously, he was Program Manager with Acts Housing, the Senior Assistant to Milwaukee Mayor, Tom Barrett and a member of numerous startups. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
