Kim Thao

Enterprise Innovation Director

Kim manages the enterprise systems for the Foundation’s global headquarters which encompasses configuring systems, troubleshooting issues and researching and implementing best practices for organizational and staff continuous improvement. In addition, she helps coordinate staff benefits, including designing and developing our employee wellness program, and assisting in aligning strategic goals with the mission. Kim has a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and a minor in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a master’s in business administration degree in data analytics from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and is a Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management. She also holds a property management certificate from MATC, is a licensed realtor in the state of Wisconsin and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
